Protected by Maxme: buyer terms (pilot)

Maxme Sell is run by Maxme Digital Media Limited, 87 New Legon Road, Adenta, Accra. The seller named on your order is the one selling to you.

How you pay

Payments go through Paystack, a payment company licensed by the Bank of Ghana. Maxme never holds your money. You can pay now by MoMo or card, or pay at the door by MoMo after checking the item.

The Maxme guarantee

If you pay now and your order does not arrive, or is not as described, report it on your order page. Maxme refunds you up to GHS 1,000 per order. Report within 7 days of delivery, or within 14 days of paying if it never arrives. Change of mind is handled by the seller’s returns policy. Refunds can take up to 10 working days to reach you after they are processed.

Your rights

Your rights under the Electronic Transactions Act, 2008, including cancelling goods within 14 days of receiving them, stay with you. These terms do not take them away.

Your information

We collect your name, WhatsApp number, MoMo number, delivery details, order details and messages, to run your order, send your receipt and handle problems.
